How much does a DJ cost?
Pricing depends on your event type, date, duration, and location. We don’t publish flat rates because every event is different and we’d rather give you an accurate quote than a number that doesn’t apply to your situation. What we can tell you is that our pricing is transparent — no hidden fees, no surprise charges on the day. Fill out the form and we’ll get back to you with a clear, honest quote within 24 hours.
How do I know if you're available for my date?
The fastest way is to fill out the form above with your event date and we’ll confirm availability within 24 hours. We take one event per night, so peak dates — especially summer and fall weekends — fill up quickly. If your date matters to you, don’t wait. Checking availability is free and there’s no obligation to book.
What exactly is included when I book A&B Productions?
Every booking includes professional sound equipment, beat-synchronized lighting, MC services, a detailed pre-event planning session with Tyler personally, full setup and breakdown, and a must-play and do-not-play list tailored to your event. We arrive early, stay until the end, and handle every moment of the night so you don’t have to think about a thing. What you’re really getting is 38 years of experience making sure nothing goes wrong.
How far in advance should I book?
Weddings and large corporate events typically book 6–12 months out, especially for peak summer and fall dates. School dances usually book 2–4 months ahead. The sooner you check your date, the better — we can only take one event per night, and once a date is gone, it’s gone.
Do you travel outside Idaho Falls?
Yes — we regularly serve all of Eastern Idaho, Jackson Hole, the Teton Valley, and surrounding areas in Wyoming and Utah. Travel fees may apply depending on distance. Just let us know your venue location when you fill out the form and we’ll include that in your quote.
Can we choose our own songs?
Absolutely. Before every event we build your must-play and do-not-play lists together. Your songs, your vision — we just make sure they land at exactly the right moment. After 38 years of reading crowds, we know how to weave your requests into a set that keeps the energy alive all night.
What happens if something goes wrong on the day?
In 38 years and 7,000+ events, we have never missed an event or had a catastrophic failure — and that’s not luck, it’s preparation. We bring backup equipment to every single event. Backup speakers, backup music, backup plans. We’ve seen everything that can go wrong and we’ve built systems to make sure none of it affects your night.
Do you offer photo booths?
Yes — photo booths are available as an add-on for any event. They’re a huge hit at weddings, corporate parties, and school dances. Our team sets everything up with props, handles the booth throughout the night, and makes sure guests leave with something to remember. Ask us about adding one when you inquire.
